POSITION: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

AREA: LINBRO PARK

CTC: R6,500 BASIC NEGOTIABLE

START DATE: ASAP

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric
  • Relevant experience
  • Good admin skills
  • Outgoing personality
  • Excellent excel skills

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Assisting with quotes
  • Apply price
  • TPT / SCRP admin on a monthly basis (management and physical claims to done by me)
  • Bundles admin on a quarterly basis
  • Price uploads on Mondays.
  • Weekly Africa branch stock management file data capturing.
  • Key account management (REC05 & MOZ05)
  • Daily data capturing for master’s and apply price deviations.
  • Local stock sourcing on HPMPS
  • Admin portion of the DGF claims (management and physical claims to done by me)
  • Additional task stemming from the Lenovo brand uptake.
  • Assisting in tracking rebate payments
